設計動機
危險職業與職業安全的探討,從危險職業作為設計出發點,分析下水道清潔工職業,施工時的危險點,以及相關的作業資訊,施工時會遇到的問題和目前的處理方式,設備的缺點,尋找能夠改善不便處的方法,提升作業時的安全與速度。臺灣每逢雨季降雨量高,各地區因降雨量過大時常導致淹水,由此深入探討下水道積淤的清理和相關職業,發現存在職業安全漏洞,藉由了解清淤過程研究職業安全漏洞的產生原因,以此作為改善及設計的出發點。
The discussion of dangerous occupations and occupational safety, starting from dangerous occupations,analyze the occupation of sewer cleaners, dangerous points during construction, and related operation information,problems encountered during construction and current handling methods,the shortcomings of the equipment, looking for ways to improve the inconvenience, improve the safety and speed of work.In Taiwan, the rainfall is high during the rainy season, and the excessive rainfall in various regions often causes flooding.From this in-depth discussion on the cleanup of sewer silt and related occupations, it was found that there were occupational safety loopholes.By understanding the dredging process to study the causes of occupational safety vulnerabilities, as a starting point for improvement and design.

設計理念
通過與施工人員的訪談,我們了解了管道內部的詳細問題。有管道洩漏和管道破裂。操作方法需要更簡單。淤泥地面的運動導致未知氣體的產生,異物侵入管道,管道直徑的限制,混凝土砌塊的運動限制以及檢測。在下水道環境中,我們要解決的主要問題是在泥漿中行走時產生不明氣體的問題。
Through interviews with construction staff, we learned about the detailed problems inside the pipeline. There are pipeline leaks and pipeline ruptures. The method of operation needs to be simpler.The movement of the silt ground leads to the generation of unknown gases, foreign matter intrusion into the pipeline, the restriction of the pipeline diameter, the movement restriction of the concrete block and the detection.In the sewer environment, the main problem we have to solve is the problem of generating unknown gas when walking in the mud.

分析下水道清潔工職業,施工時的危險點,以及相關的作業資訊,施工時會遇到的問題和目前的處理方式,作業時的設備有什麼缺點,有什麼方法能夠改善使其減少作業時的不便處,提升作業時的安全與速度。
Analyze the occupation of sewer cleaners, dangerous points during construction, and related operation information.The problems encountered during construction and the current handling methods, what are the shortcomings of the equipment during operation.Is there any way to improve it to reduce the inconvenience during operation and increase the safety and speed during operation.
