設計動機

台灣青少年的失眠困擾人數逐漸增加,且青少年及父母輕忽失眠困擾,導致失眠困擾演變成慢性失眠,使身體及心理出現各種問題。主觀的睡不好跟失眠困擾為慢性失眠的重要觀察期,所以需要預防青少年從失眠困擾演變成慢性失眠,而不會讓青少年在輕忽睡眠的狀況下,導致增加日後影響而增加治療難度。

The number of teenagers with insomnia in Taiwan is gradually increasing, and teenagers and their parents are neglecting insomnia, causing insomnia to become chronic insomnia and causing various physical and psychological problems. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent adolescents from developing insomnia into chronic insomnia, and not to let adolescents neglect their sleep, which will increase future effects and make treatment more difficult.

設計理念

互動紓壓輔助睡眠產品,減緩主觀睡不好及失眠困擾,透過吹泡泡觸發呼吸法,但有別於一般泡泡,是由泡泡包裹著煙增加視覺豐富度,再利用嗅覺有助於睡眠的香味,和視覺倒流香煙流動的視覺感,達到放鬆療癒身體,透過偵測睡眠裝置,利用震動感測模組,連接手機app分析及了解自身的睡眠狀況,可以提前預防失眠困擾,也能在需要治療時,擁有睡眠資料,減少醫生觀察時間。

透過互動紓壓輔助睡眠產品,來達到幫助青少年及父母解決忽視失眠困擾及演變成慢性失眠等一連串,由忽視延伸的問題。
