設計動機
在世代的改變下,現代人相較以往更注重更注重身體的健康以及生活的品質,在近20年來世界上開始倡導「健康老化」的概念,但台灣保健過度集中於控制長者的疾病,使人們嚴重依賴藥物治療來解決問題,而不從問題的根本去解決。影響老化的最直接的因素即是行動能力,隨著年齡的增加,肌肉量也會隨著下降,這是件猶如呼吸自然般的事情,此時必須透過年輕時平時的鍛鍊來增加或保持肌肉量,後半段人生才能對於自己的身體、心理及生理各方面擁有充分的自主權,並且生活得愉悅且有尊嚴,如何健康老化是各個年齡層都需要去學習的課題。
With the change of generations, modern people pay more attention to physical health and the quality of life than before. In the past 20 years, the world has begun to advocate the concept of "healthy aging". However, Taiwan's health care is over-focused on controlling the elderly’s diseases. People rely heavily on drug treatment to solve the problem, not from the root of the problem. The most direct factor that affects aging is mobility. As age increases, muscle mass also decreases. This is as natural as breathing. At this time, muscles must be increased or maintained through regular exercise when young. In the second half of life, you can have full autonomy in all aspects of your body, psychology, and physiology, and you can live a pleasant and dignified life. Healthy aging is a topic that all ages need to learn.
設計理念
透過資料蒐集分析與訪談後,我們得知下肢肌肉為影響人們行動能力之關鍵因素,因此設計了此款針對下肢訓練的分級式戶外健體器材,此器材分為7.5、15公斤以及原重量三個階層的重量。使用者可搭配著手機APP依循訓練,此套程式主要能夠在地圖上顯示最近的健體公園,在程式內,能夠依此為據點,與他人進行邀約,組團運動,甚至能與配合之教練一同上課,讓運動多了與人互動的另外,此程序能夠,對於自身身高體重,過去病史與生活型態,進行大數據運算,再給予推薦的運動菜單。
After data collection, analysis and interviews, we learned that the lower limb muscles are the key factor affecting people's mobility, so we designed this graded outdoor fitness equipment for lower limb training. This equipment is divided into three types: 7.5 kg, 15 kg, and original weight. The weight of each class. Users can use the mobile APP to follow the training. This program is mainly able to display the nearest fitness park on the map. In the program, you can use this as a base to invite others, organize group exercises, and even cooperate with the coach. In class, there is more interaction with people for exercise. In addition, this program can perform big data calculations for one's height and weight, past medical history and lifestyle, and then give recommended exercise menus.
Human Island
設計目標
目前台灣的公園器材大多偏向舒活筋骨用,我們希望能透過全新的樣貌、模式以及輕度重量訓練的器材,來重新吸引人們來到公園一起運動。透過我們實地的觀察與訪談後,發現公園更能拉近人與人之間的距離,我們也可透過APP以公園作為據點,來進行邀約、組隊等等活動,希望使用者能有更有趣的運動體驗,讓他們更有動力持續地運動。
At present, most of Taiwan's park equipment is used to relax the muscles and bones. We hope to re-attract people to come to the park to exercise together with new looks, models, and light weight training equipment. Through our field observations and interviews, we found that the park can shorten the distance between people. We can also use the APP as a base for invitations, team formation and other activities. We hope to use the park as a base.Participants can have a more interesting exercise experience and make them more motivated to exercise continuously.
