設計動機
運動和長壽之間有著密切關係,隨著中老年人群生活水平的提高和健身意識的增強,健身早已不再是年輕人的專屬,中老年人群體在近年來逐步壯大,但由於中老年人心腦血管功能下降,劇烈運動和訓練量過大都會產生運動損傷,影響健康甚至危及生命。缺乏其他健身要素的訓練,造成運動效果不明顯,甚至運動損傷,因此中老年應該有針對性地鍛鍊,要制定好自己的健身計劃。
There is a close relationship between exercise and longevity. With the improvement of the living standards of the middle-aged and the elderly and the increase in fitness awareness, fitness is no longer exclusively for young people. The middle-aged and elderly groups have gradually grown in recent years. Decreased cerebrovascular function, strenuous exercise and excessive training will cause sports injuries, affecting health and even life-threatening. The lack of training for other fitness elements results in insignificant exercise effects and even sports injuries. Therefore, middle-aged and elderly people should exercise in a targeted manner and make their own fitness plans.
設計理念
橢圓機可同時鍛鍊上肢和下肢,屬於較低衝擊的運動,能減少對關節的壓迫,避免因為運動受傷而造成身體負擔,使運動更加持之以恆。
The elliptical machine can exercise upper and lower limbs at the same time, which is a low-impact exercise, which can reduce the pressure on the joints, avoid the physical burden caused by sports injuries, and make the exercise more consistent.

設計目標
能夠防止中老年人肌肉流失,讓肌肉有足夠肌力保護關節,降低跌倒風險。除此之外,也能夠改善關節可動範圍。主要目的為延緩中老年人身體退化機能。
It can prevent muscle loss in middle-aged and elderly people, so that muscles have sufficient muscle strength to protect joints and reduce the risk of falls. In addition, it can also improve the range of joint movement.The main purpose is to delay the degeneration of the body of the middle-aged and elderly people.
