設計動機

近年來台灣已在2018年成為高齡化社會,長者的生活起居問題日漸重視,醫療的問題對於長者的意識逐漸抬頭,除了在社會層面外,造成意外傷亡的事件也是讓我們更加注意了解的。尤其是跌倒,光是跌倒就造成不少長者的身心受創,因此,可藉由社會意識及身邊的親友的經歷來了解長者需要什麼方法來解決關於跌倒的問題。

The daily life of the elderly has become more and more important, and the awareness of medical issues for the elderly has gradually risen.In addition to the social level, incidents that cause accidental casualties also make us pay more attention to understanding. In particular, falls. Falling alone can cause physical and mental damage to many elderly people.Therefore, we can use social consciousness and the experiences of relatives and friends around us to understand what methods the elderly need to solve the problem of falls.

設計理念

因肌力隨著年齡的增長大大增加跌倒的機率,跌倒後的死亡率為國內意外身亡人數中的排名第二。除了家屬日以繼夜地照料外,還要增加家庭醫藥費的支出及國家醫療資源大大的投入關於長者防跌的預防設施和預算,讓國人不得不重視這種事情的嚴重性,雖然年紀的增長肌肉是必定漸漸減少,但要維持肌力並減緩衰退的速度勢必是大家要去了解的,除了要長者了解肌力訓練的重要性外,還能讓大家了解運動對於每一個人是至關重要的,因此,有兩大方針: 1.解決長者肌力不足的問題 2.著重在下肢肌肉的訓練上。

In addition to taking care of family members around the clock, it is necessary to increase family medical expenses and the country’s medical resources to invest heavily in preventive facilities and budgets for the elderly to prevent falls, so that Chinese people have to pay attention to the seriousness of this kind of thing, although the growth of the muscles in age is It must be gradually reduced, but to maintain muscle strength and slow down the rate of decline must be understood by everyone. In addition to asking the elderly to understand the importance of muscle strength training, it also allows everyone to understand that exercise is vital to everyone. Therefore, There are two major policies : 1. Solve the problem of insufficient muscle strength in the elderly  2. Focus on the training of lower limb muscles.

設計目標

 

現階段的訓練器材多半青壯年-中年人區塊在操作使用,對於長者方面操作並不方便且訓練效果有限,因此我們設計以長者的使用方式及依據人體尺寸來設計出專以訓練下肢的運動器材,我們希望藉由這個器材來達到以下訓練成果:
1.以深蹲機為主,目的是有效訓練大腿及臀部主要肌群。
2.扶手下方設有訓練小腿功能的訓練裝置,小腿往前推藉由拉動彈力繩來達到訓練效果。

 

 

At this stage, most of the training equipment used by young and middle-aged people is in operation, which is inconvenient for the elderly and has limited training effects.Therefore, we design sports equipment designed to train the lower limbs based on the use of the elderly and according to the size of the human body. We hope that by this equipment is used to achieve the following training results:
1. Mainly squat machine, the purpose is to effectively train the main muscles of the thigh and buttocks.
2. There is a training device under the armrest to train the calf function, and the calf is pushed forward by pulling the        elastic rope to achieve the training effect.
